Return and Refund Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days after the date of purchase! If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, without any sign of attempts to disassemble any components, and an unopened dry cell/generator. In the same condition as you received it.
It must also be well-packed in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any PWM cannot be returned if it is bought on a side without a system made by Hydrox Systems and purchased from ZeroH2 Motors and has been used with another plan. We also do not accept returns of items, products, or components that are scratched, defective, or purposely defected. 

Additional non-returnable items:
Wires, cables, nuts, bolts, washers, hoses, plugs, wire connectors, insulators, and fuses. 

To complete your return, we require you to email us your purchase details and the reason for the return! 

Please do not return your purchase to ZeroH2 Motos Ltd before it’s arranged by email. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or debit card, or original payment method within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account, Stripel, or any other payment method or processor you have made the original payment for the purchase. 

Then contact your debit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to ZeroH2 Motors I Honi Street Te Aroha 3320  New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
